E/6 Miniature Hereford Beef is grown on our grass pastures then finished with the addition of a consistent ration of locally sourced pellet and textured feed for optimal marbling, or “finished” allowing us to deliver a consistently great eating experience for our customers. We at the Ranch strive to maintain our herd to the standards of the Registered Miniature Hereford Beef program.
